METHOD FOR MAKING CEMENT SHEET IN FLOW-ON PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dehydrated product with a good surface condition by efficiently draining moisture rising to the surface on the face side of a green sheet supplied onto a dehydrating belt from a flow box and spread, when a cement sheet is made in a flow-on process. SOLUTION: A vibrating device(9) comprising a vibrating plate(7) with a metal mesh(2) arranged on the entirety or part of a lower face(1) and a void part(6) arranged in parallel with the crosswise width of a dehydrating belt(3) and having openings(4) and (5) formed on right/left side faces, and a vibrator(8), is arranged above the dehydrating belt(3) in proximity to a cement slurry outlet(11) equipped with the flow box(10). The moisture rising to the surface on the face side is taken into the void part(6) of the vibrating plate(7) through the metal mesh(2) by bringing the vibrating plate(7) into the face part of the green sheet(12) to vibrate the latter and thus the moisture is drained from the openings(4) and (5).
