PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inform a leader and a worker of the predictive arrival time of a specific vehicle at a job site of respective processes by systematically and automatically predicting a moving position of the specific vehicle. SOLUTION: A noncontact sensor 4 detects that the specific vehicle 2a enters an entrance of an assembly line 3. The noncontact sensor 4 takes out vehicle identification information included in a data carrier 5 of a vehicle 2, and discriminates whether to be the specific vehicle or not by retrieving and inquiring a database on a production expected vehicle in an ALC 1 on the basis of this information. In the specific vehicle, the ALC 1 arithmetically operates the predictive time when the specific vehicle 2a arrives at the respective processes of the assembly line 3.
