An instrument panel/componet parts assembly includes an instrument panel (11), a surface-mounted member composed of a shock absorbing pas (40) and an accommodaiton case (60), and a rear surface-mounted member composed of a plurality of air conditioning duct (71, 72, 73). The instrument panel has a plurality of through-apertures for thereby coupling the surface-mounted member and the reat surface-mounted member to the instrument panel.
