Apparatus for playing a game for two or more players comprises a board representing a digital computer and pieces representing signals applied thereto, the board having markings, 1, 2 &c., see Fig. la, indicating a plurality of fields each representative of a computer logic element, each field having marked thereon a group of peripheral regions, 1G1, 2G1 &c., representing gates for the logic element, the board having means co-operating with said pieces for fixing detachably at least two pieces in positions representing gate inputs, a, b &c. in each peripheral region and bearing programme indicia, e.g. field numbers in the central region, on each field indicative of another field or fields on which pieces are to be placed when in the game the state of a logic element represented by the field has been changed by the inputs of a peripheral region thereof being filled by pieces. The pieces may be pegs and the cooperating means may be holes.</p> |
