<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronously control the streaming contents which can be reproduced at an arbitrary time, and the other contents. <P>SOLUTION: When an acquisition request of distribution information 2bb is outputted from an information reading means 1a, a request relay means 1c compares the contents of a server side control file 2ba with contents of a local side control file 1ba to determine the information to be acquired. When acquiring the streaming contents from a server computer 2, in a local computer 1, an acquisition request of information defined in a synchronism file with synchronism reference time sent from a streaming server as a reference is outputted synchronously with the streaming contents.
