PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless relay apparatus for sampling and detecting a signal with high accuracy so as to produce an interference suppression signal without the need for using a highly accurate analog / digital converter. SOLUTION: RF filters 49a, 50a, for receiving CDMA signals with a prescribed transmission frequency band being a reception signal received from one antenna and a transmission signal outputted to the other antenna, extract and pass the CDMA signal with a partial frequency band and down-converters 51a, 52a convert the frequency and thereafter analog / digital converters sample only the converted CDMA signals at a sampling speed being e.g. a multiple of four of the frequency bandwidth of the signals.
