PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition with a good behavior, capable of obtaining a make-up and/or a film having gloss, and is free from transfer and soiling a support having possibility of contact and migration with time. SOLUTION: This composition contains a polymerization system which contains aqueous dispersion of film forming polymer particles, applicable to the skin and/or mucous membrane, and capable of forming a flexible and soft film.
