PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a flat antenna in which the number of part items and the assembly manhours are reduced, and the accuracy of assembly and mechanical strength are easily ensured. SOLUTION: A metallic plate 10 is blanked by press working and bent so that a plurality of ground terminals 12 and a power feeding terminal 13 can be formed. Thus, the metallic plate 10 and terminal groups 12 and 13 are easily obtained from a single metallic plate. Each ground terminal 12 is connected through a land 16 to a ground conductor 15 at the upper surface side of a printed board 14, and the power feeding terminal 13 is connected to the power feeding line of a coaxial cable 18. The metallic plate 10 is supported through each ground terminal 12 and the power feeding terminal 13 by the printed board 14, so that the metallic plate 10 is held in stable attitudes spaced a fixed interval away from the ground conductor 15.
