PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane capable of reducing the weight. SOLUTION: The crane device 1 is provided with a girder member which horizontally guides and supports a moving cart 11 capable of lifting a load W from a ship S on the upper part of the crane body 5 which freely travels on a quay G with a travel driving device 2. The girder member consists of a landside girder part 6 of the crane body 5 side, and a seaside girder part 8 swingably connected to the tip end of the landside girder part 6 in vertical plane. A column member 12 is vertically provided on the seaside girder part 8, and the column member 12 and a plurality of places along the longitudinal direction of the seaside girder part 8 are connected with the connection member 13 respectively. The winch device 9 for swinging to swing the seaside girder part 8 in vertical plane is provided on the crane body 5 side through the column member 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
