PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier-free elevator of a vessel capable of smoothly enabling a wheelchair user, an elderly person, a handicapped person, etc. to embark and disembark a passenger vessel, safely transferring boarders by elevating upward and downward, not required to provide an embarking device on a quay of a harbor to call and favorably used for a small passenger vessel especially such as a ferryboat connecting isolated islands to each other, etc. SOLUTION: This barrier-free elevator 1 of the vessel has a constitution furnished with a support part 2 erected on an upper deck passage part B1 through an opening part E from a lower deck passage part C1 on a side edge part of a hull, a elevator floor part 4 arranged free to elevate between the lower deck passage part C1 and the upper deck passage part B1 along the support part 2, a elevator driving part to elevate the elevator floor part 4 along the support part 2, an outboard side slope part 5 axially installed on the outboard side edge part of the elevator floor part 4 free to revolve and arranged on the outboard side free to incline and a door part 8 for a fence arranged free to open and close in the circumference of the elevator floor part 4.
