PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent carbonized materials from sticking to a probe, to facilitate the removal of carbonized materials, and to increase wear-resistance. SOLUTION: This probe 2 is incorporated in a runner which continues from the gate part of a die. The distal end part 6 of an approximately conical shape of the probe 2 is arranged in a vicinity of the gate part, and a main body part 4 is brought into contact with a manifold. Then, a resin in the runner is molten by the heating of the body part 5, and the gate part is opened/closed by the heating and the stoppage of the heating of the distal end part 6. Boron calcium carbide is applied on the surfaces of the body part 5, the distal end part 6, a resin flow-out port 10, and a resin flow-in port 8 continuing from the resin flow-out port 10 of the probe 2. The adhesion of carbonized materials to the surface of the probe 2 is prevented from occurring by the hardness, corrosion-resistance, wear-resistance and lubricity of the boron calcium carbide.
