A reliability degree calculator (211) calculates reliability degree according to the measurement result of a reception SIR. According to the reliability degree supplied from the reliability degree calculator (211), an ACK/NACK judgment section (212) judges the demodulated ACK signal according to a predetermined threshold value. A scheduler (251) instructs a buffer (252) to transmit new data when the ACK signal is input as the ACK/NACK judgment result and to retransmit the previously transmitted data when the NACK signal is input. Thus, when an NACK signal is erroneously received, it is possible to prevent lack of the reception data in the communication partner device because of no data retransmission being performed from the communication device.
