PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PDA that has a small consumption power and has a high processing speed.

SOLUTION: The PDA 100 comprises a communication section 112 for communicating with either a master or a plurality of slaves as a communication destination, a storage section 114 for storing master information that is information regarding the master, and a control section 110 for controlling the communication section 112 to form a network comprising one to many of radio communication equipment by setting the master to the communication destination based on master information.
