ORGANIC MULTICOLOR LUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion type organic multicolor luminescent display device capable of keeping a stable luminescent characteristic over a long time and having an excellent visual field angle characteristic.

SOLUTION: A first transparent substrate and a second substrate of this organic multicolor luminescent display device are disposed oppositely to each other at a predetermined distance and sealed by using a gap material having a function for drying its circumferential atmosphere. The gap material is desirably formed into a structure where the porosity of the inner peripheral side facing to the sealing space in the device is different from that of the outer peripheral side facing to the outside air.
