PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an object part precisely, and obtain other pictures or the like and a natural picture reproducing translucency or reflectivity even if an object is translucent or surface reflection is intense. SOLUTION: First, two sheets of the pictures P1, P2 to which the object O is photographed with either or both of the color and brightness of the background changed, are input into a transparency computation and processing part AT. The transparency computation and processing part AT regards these pictures as input and obtains a transparency picture PT. If necessary, the transparency picture PT is applied a noise filter AN and performed noise removal. A color computation and processing part AC regards the pictures P1, P2 as the input and obtains a color picture PC. The transparency picture PT and the color picture PC are cut so that unwanted parts are cut and picture size becomes small by a cutting processing part AR. A synthesis processing part AS regards the transparency picture PT and the color picture PC cut by the cutting processing part AR, and a background picture PZ specially photographed as the input, and produces a synthesis picture PS in which the object O is inserted on the background picture PZ.
