PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defective spot specifying support device capable of easily specifying defective spots of manufacturing equipment based on a product deficiency. SOLUTION: The defective spot specifying support device supporting specifying of defective spots generated in a manufacturing equipment is provided with: a defective spot information memory means 14a memorizing a defective spot information indicating defective spots of the manufacturing equipment as a cause of a product deficiency occurring in products manufactured by the manufacturing equipment in relation to the product deficiency; a defective spot information defective product extraction means 11a extracting the defective spot information in correspondence with product deficiency from the defective spot information memory means 14a; and a display control means 11b displaying a defective spot indicated by the defective spot information extracted by the defective spot information extraction means 11a.
