PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent deformation from arising in a cover sheet by uniformizing the magnitude of the stress remaining in a tacky adhesive film of a laminate without performing intricate control. SOLUTION: On a placing surface 44 of a supporting table 3, a dummy plate 80 is installed at the outer peripheral side of a disk laminate 32 and the thickness and rigidity of the dummy plate 80 are made approximately equal to the thickness and rigidity of the disk laminate 32. A pressure roller 54 comes into pressure contact with the disk laminate 32 and the dummy plate 80 under specified pressure contact force while rolling thereon, and thus the cover sheet 24 of the disk laminate 32 is stuck to a disk substrate through the tacky adhesive sheet. At this time, the sum of the contact length of a roller surface 56 of the pressure roller 54 with the cover sheet 24 along the axial direction of the roller and the contact length of the roller surface 56 with the dummy plate 80 in the axial direction of the roller is kept approximately constant at all times in an arbitrary position in the moving direction of the roller.
