PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an optical disk by holding the memory of the disk information and markers stored in a memory when a rotary tray loaded with a plurality of disks is drawn out of a housing section of a disk changer, by displaying the marker of the unexchanged disk on a screen of a display device, and by selecting the displayed marker. SOLUTION: When the rotary tray is drawn out of the housing section, the memory of the stored disk information and markers is held. When the rotary tray is pulled into the housing section, the disk is reproduced and the disk information is read out. The read out disk information and the stored disk information are collated and when the results of the collation coincide with each other, the stored disk information and the marker are displayed. When the results of the collation do not coincide with each other, the disk information is updated and the stored marker is erased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
