PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance converter suitable for a detector so as not to generate a false signal due to paramagnetism impurity by measuring a large number of specimens, and, at the same time, attaching attached equipment such as temperature variable equipment in the impedance converter taking just coupling by easily lowering a load Q value, namely, the impedance converter suitable for a pulse method.
