PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water leakage to the outside by securing high watertightness between an outer tub and an outer tub door. SOLUTION: An extension piece 210d extending inward in tongue shape is formed inside packing 210 almost over the whole periphery. When the outer tub door 110 is closed, the extension piece 210d comes in close contact with the outer tub door 110 while bending to secure watertightness. However, when water of strong force hits the close contact part, it causes the water leakage. An outer peripheral edge part 110e of the outer tub door 110 therefore hangs down to the same level as the lower end of the packing 210 on the outside or into a lower position. A downward hanging piece 110f is also formed at the upper part to narrow a clearance to a stepped part of the packing 210 on the outside (or an outer tub cover 200). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
