PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intelligence by constituents by classifying a signal with sufficient precision into constituents of diverging physiological origins even when physiological fluctuation having other origins is intermingled with signal variation accompanied with partial nerve activity. SOLUTION: Biological function data are measured (1) and selection of an analysis area (2), pretreatment (3) , and preparation (4) of an input signal are conducted as needed, and a mathematical model for describing an input-output relation for each pixel or channel for biological function measurement data is built (5). Biological function intelligence of the constituents of diverging physiological origins included in the signal of the biological function measurement data is discriminated and extracted by this.
