SETTING METHOD FOR INSERT FOR LIFTING CONCRETE PRODUCT, SETTING DEVICE AND INSERT THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed an insert for lifting in the vertical or horizontal direction by which a proximal end surface is exposed to be flush with a tilted surface of a concrete product, and also, demolding is easy. SOLUTION: An attaching tool 5 is fixed to a mold M which forms the tilted surface S being tilted to the horizontal surface L-L of the concrete product W in a manner to project a fitting body 6 in the vertical line V direction. The insert 31 for which a tilt proximal end surface 40 of a tilting angle being equal to the tilted surface S is provided is fitted on the fitting body 6, and the tilt proximal end surface 40 is closely joined to the internal surface of the mold M. When concrete is laid without making the concrete flow into the insert 31, and demolding is performed by moving the mold M in the vertical line V direction, the concrete product W wherein the insert 31 is vertically embedded in such a manner as to expose the tilt proximal end surface 40 to be flush with the tilted surface S is obtained.
