An arrangement for puncturing hollow organs, especially for locating percutaneous supply systems, comprises a tubular shaft (2) with a holder (3) at its proximal end, and a distal end piece (5), with a number of angled surfaces (8,8',8'') that form cutting edges. Guide channels (12,13) are located in the proximal holder and the distal end piece, so the tubular shaft can be pushed along a guide wire (13).
