Fruit peeling machine has three rollers (MeWA) with helical blades (KliWe). These are driven by an annulus (Uri) with internal and external teeth. The lower rollers have gearwheels (GrZR, KlZR) mounted on their bearings (LA) which cooperate with the external teeth, while the upper roller is mounted outside the ring, so that rotates in the opposite direction. Fruit passes through the ring into the gap between the rollers and exits through a second ring on which the lower ends of the rollers are mounted.
