<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow detections of a high switching frequency and an accurate high current to be compatible with each other without influence of a switching frequency on a current detecting accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In the three-phase current controller, a load current detecting means includes a shunt resistor R1 provided between a positive side terminal P and an upper arm transistor S1, a shunt resistor R2 provided between a negative side terminal N and a lower arm transistor S2, a shunt resistor R3 provided between an upper arm transistor S3 having a different phase from the transistors S1, S2 and the positive side terminal P, a shunt resistor R4 provided between a lower arm transistor S4 and a negative side terminal N, and a means for calculating a load current based on a current value measured by the resistors R1-R4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
