PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size sophisticated photoconductive switching module having proper characteristics.

SOLUTION: The photoconductive switch module 100 comprises a light-emitting element substrate 110 including a plurality of light-emitting elements 112, a switching element substrate 120 including photoconductive switch elements 122 of the same number of the light-emitting elements 112 and a spacer 140 arranged between the light-emitting element substrate 110 and the switch element substrate 120. The light-emitting element 112 and photoconductive switch element 122 are arranged in opposition with each other. The spacer 140 includes through-holes 142 of the same number of the light-emitting elements 112. The through-holes 142 are formed between the light-emitting element 112 and photoconductive switch element 122 provided in opposition with each other. The switch element substrate 120 includes circuit wiring 130 via the photoconductive switch element 122. The photoconductive switch element 122 and the circuit wiring 130 form an electrical circuit which can also be used in the application field of the photoconductive switching module 100.
