<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-handleable and miniaturizable electrochemical sensor dispensing with internal liquid by solidifying an electrode by using various kinds of membranes. <P>SOLUTION: A working electrode 1 is constituted by using a platinum black wire 2 as a substrate and by coating it with a plasma polymerization film 3 and a fixing film 4. A reference electrode 5 is constituted by using a silver/silver chloride wire formed by coating a silver wire 6 with a silver chloride film 7 as a substrate and by coating it with a salt bridge holding film 8 and the fixing film 4.
