PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging seal device of excellent workability for preventing any adverse effect on electronic components of an electric product to be packaged, or any damages on the health of workers. SOLUTION: This packaging seal device comprises a lower die, an upper die provided above the lower die, a heating means provided inside the upper die or in contact with the upper die, a supporter to support the upper die together with the heating means in an elevating/lowering manner, and a driving means to elevate/lower the upper die. A recessed part, a placement surface part to place a packaging seal margin, and a lower die guide to regulate an outer edge of the packaging seal margin from the outer side are provided on an upper surface side of the lower die. The placement surface part is provided in a strip along an edge of the recessed part. The lower die guide is provided along the outer edge of the placement surface part. A recessed part and a pressing surface part to press the packaging seal margin together with the placement surface part are provided on a lower surface side of the upper die, and the pressing surface part is provided around the recessed part.
