PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install and remove a reflecting plate in a spotlight, and to prevent the sepation of respective parts in that case. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that a semispherical surface-shaped reflecting plate is arranged in a port of a lamp box, and a lamp is protrusively arranged in the central part of the reflecting plate, and fixes the peripheral edge of the reflecting plate, a transparent plate for covering the port and a fixing frame of the transparent plate. The problem is solved by the reflecting mirror installing device of the spotlight characterized by fixably-releasably fixing the fixing frame of the transparent plate to the port of the lamp box.
