PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable terminal fittings with a lance to surely exert an anti-fall-off function by folding a tip side of the lance inward. SOLUTION: Since a protruded end 32D of the lance 32 is formed by folding inward a tip side of a plate piece extended diagonally backward in an insertion direction, a locking part 13 is prevented from being scraped by an edge of the lance. Further, an engagement part 32E is fitted to a tip part of the lance 32, with which, a regulating part 35 is engaged from a front side in the insertion direction, so that a deformation of the lance 32 in a forward direction is regulated.
