PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability or handiness by eliminating the need to carry a battery charger. SOLUTION: By being attached to a battery pack attaching part 11 provided on the electronic apparatus 1, a direct current of a predetermined voltage is supplied from a secondary battery 22 loaded in a battery pack loading part 11 to a charging circuit 8 of the electronic apparatus 1. It is composed by including an AC adapter 25 having a connector 26 connected to a power supply cord 27 connected to a commercial power supply 29, and an AC/DC converting circuit 25a converting an alternating current from the commercial power supply 29 into the direct current of the predetermined voltage.
