PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device low in price and small in size without providing a registration switch or the like and to prevent the occurrence of troublesome work for exchanging a battery and a mistake in use in an initial registration of a system conducting various security notices or the like to a commumication apparatus from the terminal device, and various control to the terminal device from the communication apparatus. SOLUTION: The terminal device 2, in which the battery is replaced, checks whether or not that an identification code confirmation means 11 stores 2 "a device identification code", "a radio system identification code", "the number of channels/a channel group", "reception periods" or the like with respect to a storage means 10. The identification code confirmation means 11 transmits no "request signal" to the communication equipment 1 by using a transmission means 6, yet outputs a notice telling that the storage means 10 stores at least one or more of the "device identification code", "radio system identification code", "the number of channels/channel group", "reception period" or the like to an ordinary operation means 12.
