PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor mounting device on an automobile seat capable of preventing its inclination and slight movement due to vibration during automobile running. SOLUTION: A cap 7 is fixed on a guide member 4. A support bar 8 is fixed by passing through. The cap 7 is provided with a horizontal hole 12 through which the support bar 8 passes and a longitudinal hole 13 through which a stay 6 passes. Furthermore, an insertion piece 18 provided with a semicircular recessed part 17 inserted into lower faces in a bottom face part of a guide member 4b on the other side and a bottom face part of a cap 7b is provided. A mounting piece 20 provided with a screw fitting recessed part 19 at an outer side end fringe of the insertion piece 18 is continuously provided at a right angle to form a bracket 16. A mounting screw 21 is fitted into the screw fitting recessed part 19, and the cap 7b on the other side is inserted into the screw hole 21 to fix the cap 7b on the other side and the guide member 4b on the other side integrally.
