PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small low-cost clog-like undercarriage as a means for training the muscular strength of the crotch as a method for strengthening the lower half of the body required for practicing sports. SOLUTION: The right and left independent clog-like undercarriages 1 for a person to ride are provided with wheels to allow sliding in a lateral direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction. The person can train the muscular strength of the crotch by getting on the carriages 1 and repeating the motion of opening and closing the crotch. To prevent the feet from slipping off the undercarriages or the undercarriages from overturning by the force put in when closing, the shade parts of foot arch boards 3 abut on the inside of both feet, and the undercarriages can be stably drawn near. As the other application, abdominal muscles and physical strength can be trained by lying down flat to grip the front and rear projections 21, 22 of the undercarriages with both hands and repeating the motion of stretching and pulling up.
