PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-conducting cable-holding tool for a device for preventing birds from coming flying, facilitating wiring and dewiring grounded electro-conducting cables and high-voltage electro-conducting cables even if they are already fixed onto a building or the like. SOLUTION: The electro-conducting cable-holding tool 1 for use in the device for preventing birds from coming flying through applying electric shock to the birds with the help of high-voltage pulse electric current is designed to hold the high-voltage electro-conducting cables V and grounded electro-conducting cables E at a specified interval, and comprises a nipping part 2 functioning to nip in parallel both of the cables V and E at the specified interval detachably and divisible into at least two pieces, a tightening means 3 functioning to nip both of the cables V and E on the nipping part 2 through tightening the part 2 in an untightenable manner, and a stationary part 5 fixed onto a building or the like and functioning to support the nipping part 2.
