PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new oxetane ring-containing siloxane derivative and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The oxetane ring-containing siloxane derivative is represented by general formula (1) [R<SB>1</SB>in the formula (1) is a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group which may contain a branched chain; R<SB>2</SB>s are each independently a 1-4C alkyl group which may contain a branched chain; A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>are each a 1-4C alkyl group which may contain a branched chain or a group represented by formula (2) ; n1 is an integer of 3-6; n2 is an integer of 1-4] [R<SB>2</SB>in the formula (2) is each independently a 1-4C alkyl group which may contain a branched chain; n3 is an integer of 1-4].
