PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect information related to facilities to a facility information management center and provide many pieces of precise information related to facilities to a user. SOLUTION: When the user requests a facility registration to the facility information management center 3 from an onboard terminal device 1, questions related to the category of facilities are transmitted from the facility information management center 3. When the selection of each question by the user is entirely ended, a facility address input screen is displayed. When the present position of the vehicle is transmitted from the onboard terminal device 1, or the user manually inputs the address of a facility, the facility information management center 3 retrieves facilities from the items selected by the user and the address information, and transmits, when a corresponding facility is present, a facility name input screen including its facility name to the onboard terminal device 1. The user selects, when a corresponding facility name is present, the facility name, and inputs the facility name, when no corresponding one is present.
