PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed product formed of a skin material firmly bonded on the surface of a foam, and a method for manufacturing the foamed product. SOLUTION: In the foamed product 10 formed of the skin material 41 bonded on the surface of the foam 21 with an adhesive 31 applied to the surface of the foam 21, an adhesive penetrating hole 23 formed by piercing a puncturing tool 58 into the surface of the foam 21, and the skin material 41 and the foam 21 are bonded together by making the adhesive 31 applied to the surface of the foam 21 find its way into the adhesive penetrating hole 23. In addition, the foamed product 10 is manufactured through the processes of forming the adhesive penetrating hole 23 by piercing the puncturing tool 58 into the surface of the foam 21, then applying the adhesive 31 to the surface of the foamed product 21 with the penetrating hole 23 and laminating/bonding the skin material 41 to the surface of the foam through the adhesive 31.
