PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention spray capable of being surely sprayed on an intruder at the window or the like and to provide a window frame with the crime prevention spray for spraying a liquid on the intruder surely through the window. SOLUTION: The crime prevention spray has a hollow cylinder 41 which forms multiple jet holes 44 through its wall, linkably connects the hollow cylinder 41 to a liquid storing container 35, linkably connects the liquid storing container 35 to an air container 32, and connects an opening and closing valve 34 to a passage by insertion. By installing the hollow cylinder 41 above an intrusion opening and operating the opening and closing valve 34 when sensing and responding to the intruder, the liquid is sprayed over almost all areas of the intrusion opening.
