摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve an inconvenience in using only a solar cell as a power source to carry out control of an air heat collector. SOLUTION: Voltage of the solar cell is detected, and if the voltage of the solar cell exceeds a predetermined first voltage (Vp1), a control circuit starts a control action. If the voltage of the solar cell exceeds a predetermined third voltage (Vp3) during fan stoppage, the fan is started. If the voltage of the solar cell drops below a predetermined second voltage (Vp2) which is lower than third voltage (Vp3) and higher than the first voltage (Vp1) during fan operation, the fan is stopped, and a suction damper or a blowout damper is shifted to a stand-by state, namely, a position preventing delivery of warm air of a living room to an air heat collecting part.
