PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a communicator having an influence on a certain person. SOLUTION: At first, a mail address of a target user is input from a condition input part 3. A communicator retrieving part 4 retrieves electric mails including the target user from a transmission log file 1 and a reception log file 2. A communication pattern determining part 5 firstly acquires the number of transmitting/receiving of electric mails between the target user and the communicator retrieved by the retrieving part 4. Next, the determining part 5 determines that the influence of the communicator on the target user increases with increasing the number of transmission from the target user to the communicator than the number of transmission from the communicator to the target user and displays the determination result on a display part 8.
