PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable electromagnetic flowmeter enhanced in an exciting frequency to be precluded from being affected by a differential noise and a fluid noise. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic flowmeter is provided with an outer core 6B having a pair of leading-out hole 13A, 13b for leading out signal lines 10A, 10B from a pair of electrodes, on an axis connecting the paired electrodes arranged opposedly in a tube wall of a measuring tube 1, and compensation coils 9A, 9B divided into two in the respective leading-out holes 13A, 13B, and wound reversely each other in a periphery of the outer core. The signal lines 10A, 10B led out from the leading-out holes 13A, 13B are made of a non-magnetic substance, the lines are laid on a plane parallel to a magnetic field with a prescribed distance around a periphery of the measuring tube 1, and they are bundled and led out in a crossing point therein to be connected to a detecting means.
