PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport cask facility for simplifying and facilitating handling operation during the maintenance of a heavy and large-sized equipment structure such as a reflector exchange plug. SOLUTION: The transport cask facility 100 for transporting a large-sized equipment structure 1 is provided with a transport cask main body 11 capable of housing the large-sized equipment structure 1, a winding mechanism 15 for making a gripping mechanism 13 for detaching or attaching the large-sized equipment structure 1 moved up and down within the transport cask main body 11, and a lifting tool connecting mechanism 12 suspending for moving the transport cask main body 11. The winding mechanism 15 is provided with a plurality of small-sized winding means and configured to make the gripping mechanism moved up and down with a plurality of lifting tools corresponding to the plurality of small-sided winding means.
