PUMPING PREVENTION TYPE DISTRIBUTION VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution valve for controlling cavitation and/or oozing out and/or feeding of liquid when closed. SOLUTION: The distribution valve 10 is provided with a fluid transportation housing 16; a valve seat 40; a diaphragm/poppet assembly 30; an actuator housing 18; and an adjustment means. A fluid transportation chamber 38 including the valve seat is disposed in the fluid transportation housing. The actuator housing includes an actuator chamber 54 in which an actuator 36 is disposed. The diaphragm/poppet assembly is disposed in the fluid transportation chamber. The actuator operates the diaphragm/poppet assembly and the poppet stops the flow of the fluid passing through the first fluid transportation chamber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
