PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device improving a using condition of an image formation device for a user by recovering a system after occurrence of overlapped feeding of insertion sheets without stopping the system even in the case where the overlapped feeding of the insertion sheets occurs. SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a first sheet feeding means to feed recording sheets by sequentially separating them one by one, an image formation means to form an image on the recording sheet, a carrier means to feed the recording sheet to the image formation means at specified timing by making the recording sheet stand by, a second sheet feeding means to feed the insertion sheets by sequentially separating them one by one, an overlapped feeding discriminating means to discriminate whether the insertion sheets are fed overlapped or not and a control means to discharge all the insertion sheets concerning a group of the insertion sheets involved in the overlapped feeding to a specified point in the case where the insertion sheets are determined as they are fed with overlapping, to head the insertion sheets of a following group and to suspend driving of the carrier means.
