CRUSHER, CRUSHER-LOADED WORK WAGON, CUTTER TIP AND CRUSHING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abate the noise when crushing work is performed by using a crusher by absorbing the sound generated in a crushing part of the crusher and the whiz generated in a rotation part or reducing the leakage of vibrations and sounds. SOLUTION: This crusher is provided with a rotating body (3) for crushing and discharging the object to be treated and a casing (5) for housing the body (3). The crushing part of the body (3) is composed of a cutter disk (32) and many cutter tips (33) arranged dispersedly to be projected from the surface of the disk (32). The object crushed by the tips (33) is introduced into the casing (5) through a gap (50) between the outer periphery of the disk (32) and the inner wall of the casing (5). An air taking-in cover (12) having ventilation holes (120) for reducing the leakage of a crushing sound to the outside is arranged in an air sucking part (10) communicated with the casing (5). A dumping material, a sound absorbing material and a guard sheet are arranged on the cover (21). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
