PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a floating body sheet for heat insulation by transparent material and having such a transparency as one enabling its bottom portion to be seen through it, cause its separation and collection to be easily carried out, increase its heat insulation power and eliminate a clearance in the sheet. SOLUTION: A floating body having a rectangular parallelepiped with a hollow portion being formed and a buoyancy kept therein is made, a U-shaped element is fixed to the lower surface of the floating body and utilized as a hook. A stripe 5 having a magnet is hung at the hook in order to prevent the floating body from being removed and dispersed and each of the floating bodies is connected by the magnet at the stripe to each other.
