摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a surface protection film for a transparent electrical conductive film in which there is not observed large curl of the transparent electrical conductive film adhered to the surface protection film even after heat treatment process at about 150°C. CONSTITUTION: The surface protection film for a transparent electrical conductive film protects a surface on or opposite to an electrical conductive thin film, and its characteristics lie in setting forth an adhesive layer on one surface of a substrate film and having 0.9 % or lower of a heat-shrinking rate both at the machine direction(MD) and the transverse direction(TD) after heating at 150°C for 1 hour.
