PURPOSE: An exciting VAN(Value Added Network) is provided to lighten a burden of a member store with a discounted fee by making an offline company transmit data through an electronic settlement network. CONSTITUTION: The Exciting VAN makes a contract with various kinds of electronic payment companies including a credit card company, and connects to a gate between the electronic payment companies. If the buying information is inputted and approved from the company which is the subject of a payment tool paid by a buyer, the deposit information is transmitted to the Exciting VAN according to a predetermined fee operation, and the deposit money is transferred to an account of the member shop by charging the fee contracted between the Exciting VAN and the member shop.
