PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and a method of fabricating the liquid crystal display are provided to reduce a signal delay and a signal distortion caused by the signal delay. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a lower substrate(200) having the first common electrode(208), an upper substrate having the second common electrode, and a conductive bar formed between the upper and lower substrates. The conductive bar maintains a cell gap between the two substrates and connects the first and second common electrodes to each other. The conductive bar includes the first and second conductive bars. The first conductive bar is formed at the first common electrode of the lower substrate. The second conductive bar is connected to the first conductive bar and formed at the second common electrode of the upper substrate.
